Working for Wilts - Further Training & Development

On joining the company you will receive your Staff Toolkit, Your toolkit will include details of your induction programme and the dates that you will attend the Induction and Health & Safety workshops that we hold once per month.

These two workshops provide you with all the information that you need to know about Wilts, and Health & Safety at Wilts.

You will also be provided with all the training you require to use our new computer system, SAP.

We also offer numerous other training and development opportunities, including the following to name a few:

* Employee Companion Training, supported by the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS)
* Employee Representative Training, supported by the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS)
Wilts is also very supportive of study that employees wish to undertake at college or through distance learning, and where it is work related, will also consider supporting financially with this study. In this circumstance a Learning Agreement is made between Wilts and the employee.
