Roles at Wilts
We have a variety of roles at Wilts, and details are provided below of those that we recruit for actively, due to the success and growth of our business.
Branch Roles
We have over 70 branches across the country and within these branches we have the following positions:

* Branch Managers
* Assistant Managers
* Branch Assistants, including Van Drivers
Some of our branches are also supported by Customer Service Managers, Account Managers and Business Development Managers.

Within each branch, our teams are responsible for making sure that the stock that our customers need is ordered and made available when they need it and for ensuring that customers get excellent service from us, be it over the telephone or when they visit the Trade Counter at the branch.
Branch Managers
As a Branch Manager, you will lead and motivate the branch team to achieve the objectives of the strategic, operational and financial objectives of the branch and the company, ensuring that your branch delivers the highest level of service to your customers.
Assistant Managers
As a Wilts Assistant Manager you will assist in all areas of branch operations, ensuring the branch is profitable and efficiently using all of its available resources.
Branch Assistant
As a Branch Assistant, you'll be managing and moving stock, dealing with inbound deliveries, serving customers and ensuring that accurate records are kept of all transactions, and van drivers delivering goods to our customers.

You'll be part of a busy team running a trade counter and will need to demonstrate that you can work well within the team, taking responsibility for the variety of tasks that may crop up as well as providing excellent customer service.
The Distribution Centre
Our Distribution Centre is based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, along with our Support Centre, and currently employees approximately 100 employees.
Warehouse Person
Our Warehouse staff play an essential role in the company, ensuring an efficient and effective service to all customers by picking goods and ensuring they are dispatched correctly, to the appropriate branch ready for the customer to collect the next day. A service that we pride ourselves on and makes the company stand out from the crowd.
The Support Centre
Our Support Centre is home to the following functions:

* Human Resources
* Finance
* Purchase Ledger
* Credit Services
* Fleet, Facilities & Audit
* IT
* Commercial
* Marketing & National Sales
