Working for Wilts - Be Involved

We want all of our employees to be involved when working at Wilts, and there are numerous ways that this happens, just a few of which are detailed below:
Livewire
Livewire is our monthly newsletter. It is one of the ways that we update employees as to what is happening in the company, as well as what our employees have been up to. Recent examples of what are employees have been involved in are our Worcester Branch Manager and his band playing as the Support Act at a Status Quo concert and the HR, Payroll and Marketing Team successfully completing two of the Race for Life events.
Tell Wilts Suggestion Scheme
Tell Wilts is the way in which employees can make any suggestion that they want to regarding Wilts and their work. All suggestions are investigated with the majority being implemented.
Information & Consultation (I&C)
Information & Consultation meetings are held throughout the company, where employee representatives come together to discuss different aspects of the business, make suggestions for different ways of doing things and share information regarding what is happening in the business.

Solutions are often reached for challenges that are currently being faced and all within the business are kept up to date through these forums – an excellent communication tool that means that Wilts employees are at the forefront of business developments and the success and growth of the business.
Events for Charity
Wilts often holds various different events to raise money for charity. Anyone in the business can join in and have fun! The pictures here show staff raising money for Comic Relief.
