Working for Wilts - The Wilts Management Academy

‘There comes that mysterious meeting in life when someone acknowledges who we are and what we can be, igniting the circuits of our highest potential.’

The Academy is a Leadership Development Programme aimed at Branch Managers and aspiring Branch Managers who want to build a larger, stronger organisation. The Academy comprises nine modules, ranging from Financial Awareness to Leading High Performing Teams and is spread over a 15 month time-frame.

The Management Academy is seen by Wilts senior managers as being critical to the achievement of Wilts destination Statement.

The first Wilts Management Academy graduated in March 2008 and we are now on our Fifth intake.
