Wilts warms hearts with its display of pedal power!

A group of employees from Wilts, the UK’s largest independent electrical wholesaler, have recently raced in the London To Brighton Bike Ride and successfully collected over £1,000 for the British Heart Foundation. The team, named Wilts Plus after the company’s own-label product range, took on the 54 mile challenge which started at Clapham Common, London and finished at Brighton Pier.

The team consisted of Jason Eacott (Bath Branch), Marc Rochester (National Sales), Tony Faulkner (CDC), Stuart Mardon (IT) and Tom Barnard, (Commercial) - left to right in photo.

Marc Rochester, leader of the Wilts Plus bike team commented, “This was an incredible challenge and we were determined to work together as a team to complete the course. We had great fun whilst training for the challenge and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the day. It’s a fantastic charity so we have very warm hearts to know that we have helped raise so much money for them. It’s a real sense of achievement.”
