Wilts sees gold with another RoSPA Gold Medal

Wilts, the UK’s largest independent electrical wholesaler, has announced that it has been awarded the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Award. The Gold Medal status is an outstanding achievement as it is the second year that Wilts has achieved this level after receiving Gold for four consecutive years before that.

Employing over 600 people across over 60 outlets, Wilts is very conscious that it needs to actively educate the workforce to hold safety and care as a top priority for the business to function.

Dean Todd, Wilts Health and Safety Manager said; “To keep on gaining recognition for the standard of our work safety policies is incredibly motivating and rewarding. We know as a business that we need to make sure all staff are protected and cared for in order to stay accident free. It is vital as well for the nature of our business. We hold it as our top priority and are delighted that our work gets recognised year after year.”
