Wilts Announces New Easy-Call Number

Wilts, the largest independent electrical wholesaler, has launched a new service offering, Easy-Call. This service gives selected customers a central point of contact for all enquiries, no matter what it is.

Many of Wilts’ customers have multi-site operations and engineers on the road, so Wilts felt it would be more convenient to provide one phone number instead of each engineer having to contact their local branch. Through Easy-Call they can place orders, check stock, locate branches and make enquiries. Wilts will then arrange everything else.

Commenting on the launch Wilts Sales & Marketing Director, Kevin Burns said, “It’s important to us to make sure that we are providing as smooth a service as possible to our customers. The Easy-Call number will allow selected customers to just call us once and we will do the rest, making their life a lot easier.”
